Iwatch Candy Products are proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee.  We are not responsible for any shipper delays in transit.  

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. To arrange a return please submit a request with your original order number and reason for the return.  Iwatch Candy will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Unfortunately Iwatch Candy Products will not cover the cost of return shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee, any shipping fees are not refundable .   We are not responsible for delays in transit time.    

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.

Iwatch Candy Products warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Iwatch  Products warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period 30 days from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Iwatch Candy Products within the Warranty Period, at its option, Iwatch Candy Products will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Iwatch Candy Products property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Iwatch Products property.  Iwatch Candy does not warrant against excessive wear or discoloration due to other jewelry such as bracelets as many items are plated as stated in the listing, including discoloration which can occur from excessive water, sweat, chemicals and even skin allergies.
