How long does shipping take?
Iwatch Candy typically ships within 1-2 business days. How long after we ship depends on the method of shipping that has been selected at check out. You can find times at the various carrier sites. We cannot guarantee delivery time simply that we will ship within the 1-2 business days. You will receive the tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Yes, U.S shipping over $75 is free via first class mail. You can elect any other method available upon checkout. International shipping also has various options to select from at the time of check out. You can find out more about shipping at our Shipping Page
Can I return an item?

Do you products fit the All Ceramic Apple Watch?
No, our products do not fit the all ceramic Apple Watch, which typically retails for over $1,000. The standard Apple Watch had either an aluminum case or stainless steel case. Both have ceramic backs, which all of our products fit. You can check the back of your watch to find the type of iwatch, size and series.
Why doesn't my coupon work?
One reason might be that if the item you are using the coupon is already on sale, then only one discount is allowed at a time. Most coupons do not expire but they can only be used once.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
